Pocket hut allows customers to return or exchange most products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is picked up and checked.

1. Return Rules Time limit: You have 7 days from the delivery date to ask for a return or exchange.Valid reasons: You can return items if they are damaged, defective, the wrong size, or not as shown.Condition: Keep original tags, labels, and packaging.
2. Refund Details Online payment: Money goes back to your original payment account.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD): Money goes to your bank account or pocket hut Wallet after you share your details in the app.
4. How to Return an Item Open the pocket hut App and go to My Orders.Click on the item you want to send back.Select Return or Exchange and pick your reason.Submit the request and wait for the pickup agent to collect the package.If you tell me the reason for your return or whether you paid via COD or online, I can help you understand your specific refund timeline.
