How Shipping Works for Sellers
- Acceptance: Log in to the Pocket hut panel and accept pending orders within 24 hours.
- Packaging: Pack items securely in plain, non-branded packaging material.
- Labeling: Download and print the shipping label and manifest, then affix it to the box.
- Pickup: Hand over the packed item to the assigned Pocket hut delivery agent during the scheduled pickup window.
Shipping Rates and Charges
- Weight Slabs: Charges scale based on actual or volumetric weight, starting from standard 500g tiers.
- Delivery Zones: Rates adjust depending on whether the destination is local, regional/zonal, or national.
- Returns & RTO: Undelivered shipments returning to origin (RTO) follow specific platform guidelines, while customer returns after delivery incur reverse shipping fees deducted from seller settlements.
